Which Youtube (or otherwise) polyglots can actually speak languages well, and which are not that good at all?

If I can't speak a language, I have no way of knowing which polyglots are terrible and which are great. The best way to figure this out seems to be to ask native speakers how they would rate their abilities. Which of these (or others you're aware of) can actually speak a language well?
