Suggestions on how to use the time at work I have available to listen to audio.

I work as a mailman and for the foreseeable future I’m on a route where there is a ton of walking. I listen to podcasts a lot but I’m going to France in 9 months and I’m wondering if there is a way to maximize my time I spend walking.

Any suggestions? The only caveat is that I can’t read anything or click anything. I can speak to myself most of the time.
