Questions about Tunisian Arabic

Tunisian Arabic is a set of Maghrebi dialects spoken Tunisia . Why , compared to other Maghrebi dialects like Algerian or Moroccan , did it kept all of the consonant sounds ( except for merged /dˤ/ ⟨ض⟩ with /ðˤ/ ⟨ظ⟩) ? Also , why is it phonologically different from them i.e sounds less “harsh” . Influenced by Andalusian Arabic or Turkish maybe ? Thanks
