Is there an app whereby a user enters sentences with their translations and it plays them as an audio with Text-To-Speech?

I recall coming across an android application a while ago for "sleep learning" whereby one would enter sentences into the app and it would play the target language, then the translation and a chime for each sentence.

I am not interested in using it for sleep learning purposes, but I want a means by which to play a number of sentences (with their translations) in the car during a long car ride. Think of it as a DIY Pimsleur.
