A common complaint from language learners is that when they go to the country where their target language is spoken, a lot of people will just talk to them in English when they try to speak their target language.
Are there any countries (and their languages) where the entire population doesn't speak basic English? (I'm looking at you Europe, India, China, Korea, Japan and almost everywhere else)
