Question about difficultly level of a book I’m reading

Hey everyone! So currently I am reading “Love in the Times of Cholera” (El amor en los tiempos del cólera) by Gabriel García Márquez in Spanish.

What level, between A1 and C2, would you please this book at? My guess would be somewhere between C1 and C2, for the extremely advanced grammar and specialized vocabulary. There are many, many words that I don’t know, which is kind of frustrating to be honest, but I also know that that is probably pretty normal.
