So I've been casually learning/working on my Spanish over the past few years, mostly through Duolingo/similar 'lightweight' programs, and mostly surface-level conversations with coworkers, clients at work whose English is poor (I work retail), and my housekeeper. I can get by at the moment, but want to really start building my fluency on a deeper level. I live in Los Angeles, so Spanish fluency would be insanely useful and marketable. What are some of the most effective ways that I can improve upon my Spanish and quickly develop beyond basic conversational fluency?
