Huge struggle with learning Hangul

Hi!

I started to learn Korean 8 days ago and started with Hangul, but i am just failling at it.

I used several Youtube videos and Sites and i know the very basics, but as soon as there are compleet words i just dont understand anything.

How EXACTLY did you learn Hangul?
