The audio recordings in the Forvo data base are under CC BY-NC-SA 3.0 license. But you cannot download the files in bulk.
However, forvo has an API (paid). What I wonder is why hasn't anyone bought an api key (maybe with crowdfunding) and downloaded all forvo recordings in order to release them into the wild? There must be a catch, right?
