How to best use one more week with a private Chinese tutor?

I have been studying with a private Chinese tutor for 4 hrs/day and 5 days/week for 2.5 weeks now. We have gotten through an entire textbook and about 400 words so far. I am currently around level HSK 2 or 3 from tutoring and previous classes. Now, my tutor wants to move onto the next textbook in the series. I am not sure if this is the best, though, because class is a bit dull, and my oral proficiency has hardly improved, although my listening and reading comprehension have grown a lot. I am also kind of shy about speaking and try not to make mistakes, which results in me speaking at a frustratingly slow pace for native speakers.

Outside of class with this private tutor, l still need to speak English due to various circumstances, so I do not get much speaking practice. Besides, my level is far from conversational.

I have about a week and half left with my tutor. I was thinking of asking her if I could study the textbook outside of class and just ask her questions I have. Do you think this is a good idea?

If this is a good idea, l am not sure what to ask to do with her for 4 hours every day! She does not have structured lessons planned, and I would not expect her to be able to make them. I was thinking of asking to read through a book around my level with her and try to discuss it in Chinese — even though my speaking is abysmal — while also learning new vocabulary we encounter. Do you have any other ideas for me? I would really appreciate any advice!
