Has learning a second language well made you forget your first one?

For people who have gotten really, really good at a language and have been speaking it for years and using it more than their native language, do you feel like your L1 has gone a little rusty?

Do you ever say things that sound unnatural? Do you ever make grammatical mistakes? How about pronunciation. Has your accent changed?
