Best way to re-learn a language?

What’s the best way to pick up a language again after years not speaking it? Is it a private tutor? immersion? I don’t want to textbook study.

I studied Korean extensively for a few years and was really comfortable speaking and listening, quite fluently honestly. However I stopped studying it and now I’m not so comfortable speaking and don’t remember a lot of vocabulary at all. However, listening to podcasts/videos I recall some words and sentence structures and sometimes pick up the gist of the dialogue, so it won’t be helpful learning from scratch.

Thanks for any advice!♡
