confused on the terms of levels language learning.

I see it everywhere on posts of levels of language level for example A1, A2, B1, B2 etc etc so what does it mean eatch of these wordings?

I am really lost on the meaning behind, I really wish I knew it mean behind it, and i seen it everywhere that no one cares to explain when I asked in comments
