Upper B1 Plateau?

Hi guys,

I've gotten fairly decent with Spanish and Italian having reached a B1 with both languages, and a greater aptitude with the former. However, my learning progress has stalled enormously.

I learned most of my Spanish from a two month stint in Latin America, and can communicate soundly in it. But is there a good way to have solid structured progress beyond just massive amounts of input? Between the inability to see significant progress, and the tedium of later stage practice, I'm not sure what to do.

Any advice on constructing a plan to get ahead again?
