New to CI – Is LingQ the way to go in 2026, or are there better AI-powered alternatives?

Hi everyone,

I’ve recently started looking into CI, and I’m really fascinated by the theory. It seems like a very effective way to learn.

As a complete beginner to this approach, I asked Perplexity for some app recommendations to get started, and it suggested LingQ. However, before diving in, I wanted to get the community's perspective.

Is LingQ generally considered the most effective way to practice CI? Given the incredible progress in LLMs recently, I was wondering if there are any newer, perhaps more adaptive or AI-native services that you’d recommend instead.

I’m still learning the ropes, so I would really appreciate any insights or advice you could share.
