Want to learn a language, but fear I'll start and not be able to afford further classes?

First of all, sorry if this was in the FAQs anywhere, I did my best to look through them all

I am working on Swahili for a career path I am insistent on going down, and I have some money of my own but can't confirm I'll be able to have more when that runs out.

I am 14 and can legally get a job in my state, which I am trying hard for, but I'd like to start classes asap because I am at a very high motivation period and for the next few months I'll be free (summer break)

I worry that if I start now ($10 per 1hr session on Preply is what I'm looking into) I'll end up having blown $70 and won't be able to continue in a reasonable enough time to not have to backtrack, due to not being able to find a job

Also doing 24hr a week unpaid internship/volunteering thing

Basically what this post is asking, is would I be downright stupid to purchase hours without knowing I'll be able to afford further classes?
