Does anyone have tech problems with Duolingo speaking tasks?

Is anyone else having trouble with the speaking tasks on Duolingo? I mean the ones where we have to read a sentence out loud. A few months ago, it stopped working for me. Every time I try to click on "Tap to speak", it tells me to try again before I even get a chance to say anything, and then it eventually says "incorrect". I didn’t deal with it at first because I thought the problem was with my phone, and I have a second one where it was working. But recently I found out that it doesn’t work for my grandma either. She also has an account on two phones (we both kept our old phones as backups just in case). At first, it worked for both of us on both phones, but after some time it stopped working on one of the devices. Is anyone else experiencing this?
