Now I dream in four languages

My native language is Korean, but I use English a lot in my daily life, so I usually dream in English.

(I use English at work, too, and my English skills are around B1, according to my temporary test. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ )

However, I live in Germany, so I'm also studying German, which is around A1.

And I studied Japanese separately in middle school, high school, and college. When I was studying a lot, I could watch dramas without subtitles, but now I can't even read katakana.

And since last week... I've been dreaming in four languages.

It would be okay if it just ended as a dream, but I suffered from a disease that confuses dreams and reality, so I received treatment for a while, and it still hasn't gotten better.

I'm so tired when I wake up in the morning. This is so painful that I'm thinking about quitting studying German for a while.

Are there other people like me?
