To challenge yourself to learn faster

I've been trying to learn a language for 15 years since I start the first class, I've never studied for more than 6 straight months, my level in Duolingo is 58 which is a A2 level. I would like to be serious about it, so I challenged myself to achieve B2 level in 5 months, I started 7 days ago. I'll try to study 2 hours per day this time, I'll skip as many Duolingo levels as possible and finish the whole course before the deadline. I'll post a 1min video speaking in that language everyday, I started using LingQ and LingoPie, I'll start taking private tutoring 2 times a week and I'll travel to that country to inmerse on it the last month.

Have you tried a learning language challenge before? Do you think is it doable? Anything else you'd recommend to keep myself accountable?
