So I have been trying for a while to learn specifically French and Portuguese (EU), I keep having to stop or put off the learning for the simple problem of lack of money. I know there are plenty of free / affordable apps for starting to learn the language, but I wanted to know are there any apps or websites where you can speak with someone who is fluent or native to your target language(s), that are free or very affordable?
