Tips for overcoming a psychological block when speaking?

I often struggle to talk with native speakers. I feel too nervous bc they might judge me or I'll sound very off, but at the same time I know that they wouldn't judge me too hard, bc I'm learning. It's a two-way dilemma for me. I can talk quite alright with myself or AI, but when it gets to actual talking with a person, I chicken out. Are there any tips for overcoming such problem?
