Where do I get something like this for learning Chinese (cartoon pictures to learn characters) except with the actual definitions in English written somewhere? Maybe online/through some website if not in physical form

They don't have the English definitions written on the cards themselves, though they have some kind of table you can email them to ask them for- seems like a pretty huge missed opportunity

I'm trying to find something with English definitions and hopefully English explanations also
