Hi! I'm looking for a term which describes a person who works online and dresses well, buuuuuuut! just the upper part of the body. So you're all fancy up there but stay in your panties :) I thought it was connected to mermaids or something like that, but Google gives me pictures of mermaids. Help me find it, please!
