What can I do to learn to speak a language I already fluently understand?

so for context I’m Indian and my mother language is Hindi but I can only understand Hindi- not speak it so when I’m trying to speak Hindi with my grandparents, it gets kinda awkward cuz I speak it uncomfortably and it kinda upsets me that I can’t communicate properly with my family because of the language barrier so it would rlly help if I get some advice of this 😭🫶
