Are there any time tracking apps that you can recommend?

Necessary:

-sound alarm when the time period expires

-saved history of the time periods, with the total time expired that day or since last launch

---

Optional:

-counting time passed, not a countdown

-something on my pc, not mobile

-something on my pc, not a page in the browser

-functional when minimized to the size of about 1/8th of an average screen

I tried googling and got overwhelmed immediately.
