I've lived in America my whole life, but at home my parents speak to me in Bulgarian, yet I can't speak much of it. It's difficult for me to remember what to say even though I can understand it just fine.
Has anyone ever been able to be good at speaking and writing after not being able to? Especially for a nicher language like Bulgarian with not so many resources.
Movies/films don't help much, because I just need to be able to speak.
