question about phonolgy bc i don't know where else to post

okay so I'm trying to learn to roll the r, and along side a lot of other videos, these two were the ones that stood out the most to me, bc they try to teach it with a different tecnique than most videos. although these were the ones that seemed the most effective (it can't grasp if the tip is trilling or not, but it seems better than before), what im basically doing is heavily trilling the uvula, and that's what i do everyday (i misprounce /r/ as /ʀ/ in my nl), and i don't know how i would be supposed to stop it from trilling, as i only want the tip to trill
