Frustration with learning

Hi all. I am learning Japanese - I have been learning now for nearly 3 years. I do lessons with a teacher when I can and study in my free time. However, I’m really frustrated because I feel like I’m making no progress. I cannot grasp sentence structures, I cannot remember new words regardless of how much I revise them and inflections ruin me every time. I struggle with ADHD and dyslexia and I’m wondering now id they’re hindering me. Can anyone help or has anyone had any similar experiences?? Thank you all
