Is it true that after a certain number of years of exposure to a language that you will be at B2 no matter what?
I read this article talking about the B2 plateau where students are stuck at B2 forever because everything they encounter is B2 level.
However, the flip side of this is that with stubborn dedication, a B2 level is inevitable, because eventually you will encounter all the grammar and words needed for B2 regardless of how much time you take or what method you use (an extreme example: 20 years of just memorizing vocabulary you see from daily news).
Thoughts?
