Switching between languages

Native English speaker with B2 Spanish and Hebrew.

I find it incredibly difficult to switch between these two. When I have been speaking Hebrew and then hear Spanish, the language that comes to mind first is Hebrew, and vice versa.

Are there any tricks you use to switch between languages when you’re at an intermediate level? I assume this will get better with practice and as I advance but right now it’s really hard!
