I've recently started a new job where English and German are used, both of which are foreign languages for me that I've learnt growing up. As I've never been in an environment where I'm supposed to speak German, I often find myself feeling insecure about my accent, especially because I am not able to speak crazy fast(like many of my colleagues do) and have a good pronunciation at the same time. I do fully understand everything they say and write, but I want to reach that level too. What could be helpful methods to solve this?
