how to learn language if i have not too much free time for it? :((

i’m 15 and i have to pass my exams this year (so a lot of preparing and anything else). that’s why i don’t have too much time for learning english. i don’t think it’s good enough, i want to know more. i want to talk with foreign people and understand them and i want them to understand me. so what can you recommend??? if you want to know, i’m russian :3
