Good language learning apps for less commonly learned languages (ie. Punjabi & Portuguese)

Hello!

My partner and I have been wanting to learn each other's languages for the 6 years we've been dating. We've tried teaching one another, and although some information sticks, it hasn't been successful.

Would anyone have recommendations for language learning apps that teach these languages?
