How long does it take to learn a language only with the purpose to READ (and not develop other skills in the TL)

Before i start im aware of all the “its a marathon not a race” stuff, so please don’t tell me that. I couldn’t find any information on the web on how long it takes just to read, so just for curiosity purposes, like when you have a low resource language such as indigenous languages where you don’t have listening or speaking resources, how long would it take to learn the language just with the purpose to read and write? I know the difficulty of the language matters for example the FSI has different hours for each language, but those are for all skill types (speaking, comprehension, writing, etc) and not just reading. How many hours would you “deduct” from the FSI hours to measure the time it takes JUST to read?
