I moved to the United States when i was 3 and has been speaking english since then. It is not my first language and not the language I speak at home but like if you hear me talk I would have like no accent or anything like that. I was having an argument with my friends on this subject and while I understand it's mostly semantics at this point would I be considered a native speaker.
