I can dedicate 3 hours a day towards learning Russian. I'm currently doing Anki flashcards for 30 minutes and YouTube with interactive native subtitles for 2.5 hours, but I feel like I'm not learning very fast. Should I use different tools? Should I change how long I study for? Should I study in multiple blocks? Are there useful Russian channels I'm missing out on?
