Apps like Hellotalk but exclusively for texting?

Curious if anyone knows of any apps or sites I can chat with people who speak my TL in, but WITHOUT a calling feature? Everyone on Hellotalk wants to call which I'm not comfortable with. Any suggestions will be appreciated
