Apologies if this has been asked before. Out of Azerbaijani and Uzbek I am curious which has the most Persian vocabulary?

I recently read that both of these languages were influenced by Persian but I'm curious if anyone knows which has the most Persian like vocabulary.

I am inclined to believe it's Uzbek from looking briefly.
