I am signed up for the upcoming Lingoda Super Sprint. For anyone who has successfully completed the sprint/super sprint, I was curious if someone could answer the following questions:
- If a teacher misses the class, am I still obligated to still take another class that day or is this covered under "lingoda's technical issues" clause, which exempts them from taking the class. I saw a post in which someone's teacher was absent and they rescheduled for the same day, but were refused a refund for "double booking."
- One of their rules is that you could not have had an active subscription in the last 60 days before the start of the sprint. Does the 7-day trial count toward this?
- Do you have any generaal advice for approaching the sprint?
