I have been watching movies and a bunch of series in English with English subtitles since 2019-2020. Unfortunately I still can't watch them without English subtitles... Why? With subtitles I understand 99%-100% of the movie, but without them only 75-90%.
My English level is close to C1, passed B2 exam in early 2022 without a problem, I read books in english and watch youtube videos daily. I think my writing, vocabulary and listening is close to C1 (speaking is not much of a problem either, but I am conscious of my accent and I think my speaking level is still B2)
