Distribution of languages which use "to be" and "to have" as auxiliary verbs to form past perfect

Many European languages use "to have" and "to be" as auxiliary verbs to form the past perfect.

I am familiar with the following languages that use both "to have" and "to be": French, German, Dutch, and Italian

And I have experience with these languages that use "to have" only: English, Spanish, Portuguese, Norwegian, Swedish, Danish.

Unsurprisingly, there appears to be a geographical correlation.

Which other languages use one or both of these verbs to form the past perfect?
