Anki - Change card type for all cards in a pack from 'Basic' -> 'Basic (and reversed card)'?

I've just starting to use Anki, and downloaded a language pack. It seems all the words are in the 'Basic' type, with native language on the front and target language on the back. Is there any way to change all the cards in the pack (1000 words) from 'Basic' to 'Basic (and reversed card)'?

Or some way to create a new deck with the same cards, but different card type settings?

I think if I only learn target language -> English, I will only learn to understand, not speak it...
