Language learning schedule - what do I need to change?

Hello!

I´ve been learning Spanish (or actually putting in effort) since the end of February, so around the three-month mark. Because I don´t have a tutor and I´m not following any particular grammar book I guess the order I´ve done things in is a bit weird. I´m getting pretty frustrated because I feel like I should be able to pass A1 by now but I´m only getting around 60%. Can someone please make any suggestions about what I´m doing wrong here?

My weekday Spanish routine:

20ish mins of Language Transfer on my lunch break

5 mins of Duolingo (I know it´s essentially useless but I wanna keep my streak lol)

20 mins of a beginner's Spanish podcast on my way home - usually Erre que ELLE or EasySpanish podcast (however, this really depends how loud the traffic is so semi-frequently I have to give up at the five min mark as I can´t hear it well)

45 mins - 1 hour of studying a specific topic either grammar or vocab. Sometimes I do 15 mins of Dreaming Spanish in this time, but a lot of the time I do this during my ´watching session

20 mins of watching a Spanish TV show (either just audio or with Spanish subs) - I would say this only happens three times a week though due to being busy

I also try and write a small journal passage in Spanish at least three times a week

For speaking, I´ve also been reading full BBC Mundo articles out loud 3-4 times a week

I listen to a fair bit of Spanish music, have my laptop and phone set to Spanish (but I don´t think I process much from either), and have Spanish conversations to myself fairly often

I´ve only had a few opportunities to actually have a spoken Spanish conversation, I´ve been trying to use Tandem but it´s very difficult to find people that are actually there to learn and not just be creepy lol so if anyone has any suggestions for finding long-term language partners I could skype please lmk !!
