I learned French at a high level while I was young, but today while I can understand it perfectly in written and spoken form but I speak in English and Spanish every day and I noticed that I have a lot of trouble speaking it and it is nearly impossible to write it I know that the easiest way would be to interact more with it but time and distance make it hard. What techniques do you use to avoid forgetting a language?
