I'm sure that I'm not the only one fascinated by less-common,minority, and even endangered languages. With that said, there are some pretty obvious benefits to learning major languages(travel, job opportunities, numbers of speaker and media). For those of you who learned "less-common" languages, was it worth it? Would you only recommend it for those moving to that particular country? Or is it something you feel every language learner should do?
