Tool/plugin to link Google Docs with live translation / push notifications?

Hi 🌞 I help in a production role in lots of volunteer events in a multilingual community. Operations guides need to be accessed in at least English and Spanish. If we maintained a document in one language on Google Docs, is there some way to have a second document look at the first and maintain a translated version of all updates? Or maybe not Google Docs, but any browser accessible platform really? Some of our organizers speak only Spanish and some speak only English. Also pls lmk if I should be posting this elsewhere! Thank you~
