Tips for leading a weekly conversational practice Meet-Up?

I've recently volunteered with a local organisation to lead a practice group that meets once a week to practice their conversational German skills. I'm not a German teacher nor am I 100% perfect in the language (that German grammar...), but I'm definitely fluent in the sense that I can work & live in a german-speaking country no problem.

I've never volunteered to lead something like this and was wondering if anyone had any tips on how to go about organising it/making it interesting for people? I'm sort of hoping a conversation just blossoms naturally.

Thanks in advance!
