I'd like to be able to watch kids shows in my TL (Latvian) with TL subtitles, but I don't know a way to add subtitles if the creator hasn't already done it. (There's plenty of adult content that already has subtitles, but that's a way beyond my vocab right now...)
I know you can use Chrome settings to add live captions, but that only works for English. Does anyone have any tips/tricks that you use to generate captions for audio content in your TL?
