How to get more Irish speakers engaged with Scottish Gaelic speakers and vice versa?

I'm at my wits end. I am trying to come up with the very best ideas on how to foster relationships between Irish speakers (native, scholars, learners, fluent speakers) and Scottish Gaelic speakers. So far ideas I've come up with are a YouTube channel similar to the Easy German series but the massive disadvantage there is that it's going to be much harder to find respective speakers of either of them on the street. Even EasyGerman said only 1 out of 10 people they approach of native German speakers agree to being on camera, so this idea won't work. Other ideas are courses but those exist for both languages, independent of each other, and I don't think optimising or making new courses will solve the lack of meaningful partnership between the two groups.

Anyone got some better ideas, please?
