How long should I study for?

hi! i want to start seriously learning japanese. i know a few phrases and like 3 kanji, wow sooo impressive ik (lol)

i have inattentive adhd meaning studying is… well it’s hard. i know japanese takes hours a day to learn, and i wanna ease myself into 2 hours of study per day. what duration of time should i start with and how to i build upon it? these questions feel childish, but i’ve never been taught how to properly sit down and study so here we are!
